Bright Blue Nest is a fun addition to my existing home business.

Hours: My current work as a freelance web designer brings a lot of flexibility to my schedule. However, I am not always available to answer calls or emails during regular business hours. Messages are checked twice a day.

Locations: While I may occasionally look into setting up a small booth in my area, I do not have a physical shop that you can visit.

Goal: Although I would be thrilled if Bright Blue Nest brought in enough money to make my day job optional, the real goal is to find a way to support the animals that depend on me with minimal impact to my financial stability and schedule.

I would love for you to buy from me! Especially if you live in my small town. :-) But I understand that some people prefer to shop with more traditional retailers that can offer faster delivery, free shipping, and a more flexible return policy. By linking to bigger sellers, I am:

I cannot guarantee cancellation on t-shirts or printed images, as these are automatically sent to other facilities for fulfillment. But I will try to get in touch with them before production.

I currently only ship to the continental US. If you wish to have an item that is unique to Bright Blue Nest shipped elsewhere, please reach out to me through the contact form and I will see what arrangements can be made. :-)

T-shirts and prints are handled by third parties and normally take a little under a week, but may take longer during busy times.

Pet supplies will be shipped from East Texas. Most orders should be received within a week but some may take longer. Let me know if your order is time sensitive, or consider buying from the other sellers that I have linked to on the product page.

Local Delivery will often be same day or next day, depending on my schedule.

As a general rule, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on t-shirts or prints.

If there is an issue with your order that you believe warrants an exchange or refund, please contact me using the contact form ASAP. I will want pictures or video to coordinate with the manufacturer and get back to you with further instructions.

Returns and refunds will be at my discretion and that of any manufacturers who were involved in producing the product.

Applicable refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after any returns are received. It may take your bank a few days to credit the money back to your card or account.
