Pet shop items are shipped from my home business, unless otherwise stated. Returns and refunds will be handled at my discretion, minus applicable shipping costs. You will be asked for photo proof of any problems with pet shop items so that I may pass details along to the manufacturer.
T-shirts are printed on demand and shipped directly from a third party. I have published the size charts and branding details as provided to me by the print-on-demand company. As these are made to order, I generally can not offer refunds or returns. Do contact me with photos to report any problems and I will see what I can do.
